Error 111 "Insufficient Memory" during Setup.exe with >256MB RAM

According to InstallShield's Knowledgebase, the -z flag is necessary on any machine with more than 256 MB RAM (with InstallShield v5; earlier versions show the problem at 128MB of Extended RAM). More information:

Solution

Run setup like this:
Start => Run
Browse to location of setup files
Enter command: "setup -z"
Click OK
