Diagnostic Tips & Tricks

ASNPRINT.exe can read OpenLink 's 4.x and 5.x license formats but cannot read the older OpenLink 1.x and 3.x license format.

If ASNPRINT.exe cannot read an OpenLink 4.x or 5.x license, please check with OpenLink Support as the license may be corrupt.
