Diagnostic Tips & Tricks 

ASNPRINT.exe can read [[OpenLink]]  's 4.x and 5.x license formats but cannot read the older [[OpenLink]]  1.x and 3.x license format. 

If ASNPRINT.exe cannot read an [[OpenLink]]  4.x or 5.x license, please check with [[OpenLink]]  Support as the license may be corrupt.
