If you receive "unable to create raw socket" errors, take the following action:
1.
cd into the /bin sub-directory of your
$ cd /usr/openlink/bin
2.
su to root.
3.
Run the following command:
$ ./security -s
This should alleviate the problem.
A non-privileged user may continue to administer the Broker.
However, the actual Broker process will run with root permissions.
This will allow it to create sockets.
