This error is associated with use of

Login to the machine that hosts your

Use a text editor to open the oplrqb.ini file that you find in the bin sub-directory of your

Locate the [generic] section that is associated with your Progress database agent.
4.
Locate the Directory parameter.
5.
Note the value passed to Directory.
6.
Exit oplrqb.ini.
7.
Determine whether or not the directory exists on the file system.
If the directory exists, check permissions. If the directory does not exist, create it or change the value passed to the Directory parameter in oplrqb.ini.
