Creates a <tt>RSSReader</tt> object. Contents will be displayed inside <tt>div</tt>. Available <tt>options</tt>:

   * <tt>*limit*</tt> - maximum number of items (integer)
   * <tt>*showTitle*</tt> - should we display feed title? (bool)

Parses <tt>xmlText</tt> and displays feed contents. Both RSS and RDF feeds are supported.
