No permission to execute procedure DB.DBA.SPARUL_DROP
Grant the SPARQL_UPDATE role to the SPARQL to allow graph deletion.
Note their is a new role in 5.0.7 entitled SPARQL_SPONGE.
SPARQL_SPONGE allows only Virtuoso Sponger cartridges to perform updates as a special case.
Thus, ensure that this option has not been set by mistake or even that the default role of SPARQL_SELECT is not still being used.
You can easily check this by editing the SPARQL user account in the Virtuoso Conductor.
