Software Compromised

This particular error messages pertains to our OpenLink License Manager technology. This is a binary that reads the terms of commercial and evaluation licenses and broadcasts them. In some instances, problems can arise if software on the host machine conflicts with the OpenLink License Manager's ability to broadcast its licensing information. This can be an issue on Macs. The problem occurs when you install the software, you can allow connections through an application firewall. The License Manager is then digitally signed and added to a list of "allowed applications." This signing process can do something to our binary that leads it to believe that is has been tampered with.

If this sounds pertinent to your scenario, you can reinstall our software with the Mac Firewall temporarily disabled.
