Reset Administrative Assistant Password (Multi-Tier)

OpenLink's Multi-Tier Admin Assistant username and password default to "admin." If you cannot logon with these parameters, you may have changed them during installation. To resolve this problem, take the following action:

1. Access the machine, which contains your OpenLink server components.

2. Open a DOS or Unix terminal prompt.

3. cd into the /bin/w3config sub-directory of your OpenLink installation.

4. Run setup or setup.exe.

This program sets resets both your username and password to "admin." Use these parameters to login.
