SPARQL Query Return Less Data Than Same Query Executed via JDBC or iSQL

Identical queries executed using SPARQL, JDBC, or iSQL should return the same result set, if the same target data store is used. If SPARQL queries return fewer results, they may be executing under the special SPARQL user.
